Sri. T S Selvakumar is a Commerce Graduate from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College Chennai, a Degree holder in Bachelor of General Laws from Annamalai University and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is the Founder Partner of the Firm.

CA N. Naresh - PARTNER

CA N. Naresh B.Sc., LLB., FCA has a standing of over 40 years in practice as a Chartered Accountant; he also has a degree in Law.

Apart from performing regular attest functions under various laws and tax representations, he also offers management consultancy for small and medium enterprises, including foreign companies operating in India. He has to his credit, as part of core professional steering committee, successful establishment of five greenfield projects in and around Bengaluru – right from planning stage and land acquisition to obtaining all statutory clearances, erection, implementing internal controls, reporting structures and management information system. He has played a supportive role as a professional advisor right from formation till stabilization of business processes for scores of start-ups.

He specializes in internal audit and statutory compliances under corporate laws, tax laws, labour laws, environment laws and food safety regulations, with particular reference to small and medium businesses. Another area of his specialization as a senior financial and legal resource person is succession planning and business continuity planning for family owned businesses.

Shri. P G Shankar B.Com., F C A is an Ex Executive of Indian Overseas Bank with Banking Experience of over 32 years having served in Corporation Bank, Erstwhile Bharat Overseas Bank and Indian Overseas Bank in various capacities with specialized exposure in Large Corporate Credit, Branch Administration, Planning, Inspection, Credit Monitoring and Recovery, and retired as Assistant General Manager-Planning, Recovery and Business Intelligence is taking care of Chennai - Kodambakkam Branch.
